Regular USPS and USPS priority are available upon checking out.

Some of our products are made to order so please be patient.  There is a 1 to 3 business day turnaround time before shipping on most orders.   Please contact us if you need your items by a specific date. We will try and work within your time line to the best of our ability.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to Canada, The U.K. and other locations. Please contact us prior to placing your order for a shipping quote. The website does not always calculate the most accurate price and we want to be sure that you do not get overcharged!

Custom Orders/Wholesale

Please note that processing and shipping times on personalized, custom and wholesale orders vary. Please allow up to 1-3 weeks for shipping unless otherwise noted.

Double check that your shipping address is correct.  If your order is returned as undeliverable,  you are responsible for re-shipping charges. There is no refund on the order or previous shipping charges.

For packages that were damaged in shipping please notify us within 24 hours of receiving. Email a picture of the damaged item/box. We will work with you to send out a replacement for the damaged product.

Raven’s candles are made in small batches and prepared as orders are received.. Because of this we can only approve exchanges/refunds if an item is defective. Photo proof is required.
