Shipping Information

Regular USPS and USPS priority are available and will be offered upon checking out.

My products are made to order so please be patient.  There is a 1 to 3 business day turnaround time before shipping on most orders.   Please contact me if you need your items by a specific date. I will try and work within your time line to the best of my ability.

Custom Orders/Wholesale: Please note that processing and shipping times on personalized, custom and wholesale orders vary. Please allow up to 1-3 weeks for shipping unless otherwise noted.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct.  If your order is returned as undeliverable,  the customer is responsible for re-shipping charges. There is no refund on the order or previous shipping charges.

For packages that were damaged in shipping please notify me within 24 hours of receiving. Please email a picture of the damaged item/box to so that I can file a claim with the shipping company. I will work with you to send out a replacement for the damaged product.

If you have any questions or concerns about items, shipping or any other issues,  please contact me PRIOR to placing your order.

Additionally I offer International shipping to Canada, The U.K. and other locations. Please contact me prior to placing your order for your particular regions shipping cost.



I stand behind everything I create and I pride myself on offering only the highest quality of products and services and providing excellent customer service is important to me.

My candles are made in small batches and prepared as I receive orders. Because of this I can only accept refunds if an item is defective. Photo proof is required. If I agree the product is defective and does not meet my high standards  I can issue a replacement or refund.  Please message me and I'll be happy to work with you.
